Exchange ASIA: BLACK MARKET Forget the conference room. This is where ADE actually gets done. Since 2018, Exchange Asia has been quietly building the bridge nobody else bothered with, Asia's dance music scene and the West's, in the same space, trading more than just sets. This year, that bridge goes dark. BLACK MARKET takes the Boiler Room format and strips out everything that isn't essential: 10-12 artists, 45 minutes each, zero filler. But this isn't a line up to watch and forget. It's a market. Every DJ who steps up is here to trade : a sound, a contact, a booking, a favour, and the floor is built to make sure that trade actually happens. An Exchange Board on-site turns a room full of strangers into a five-minute conversation with exactly the right person. No cash fees for artists. No corporate sponsor logos plastered across the booth. Just the scene running its own economy, off the books, in the room that matters more than the one with the badges. Eight years in, Exchange Asia has built something most ADE showcases never manage. a crowd that return. Same faces, new deals, every October.
